Birth Support

Includes support for the birthing person and their family before the baby is born, during birth, and in the immediate postpartum period.

This package includes:

• Unlimited call and text/email throughout pregnancy up until birth

• 2-4 (4 hours total) prenatal appointments in which we discuss delivery preparations and options about birth preferences, as well as how to best support the birthing person during this time

• On-call from 37 weeks until your birth

• Attendance at your birth or on-going virtual support throughout labour and delivery

• 1-2 postpartum visits (2 hours total) of nurturing & non-judgmental physical and emotional support

Postpartum Support

Includes emotional support for the new parent(s), educational support and resource sharing, as well as physical support of light housekeeping, nourishing meal prep and cooking, sibling and infant care.

This package includes:

• 12+ hours of postpartum support (can be broken up into smaller increments of 3-5 hours)

• Continuous call/text/email throughout the postpartum period

• Overnight support if needed

Birth and Postpartum Support

A combination of the prior two plans to ensure a continuity of care throughout your pregnancy and postpartum.

This package includes:

• 2-4 prenatal visits (4 hours total)

• Unlimited call and text/email throughout pregnancy up until birth

• On call from 37 weeks until your birth

• Attendance at your birth or on-going virtual support throughout labour and delivery

• 12+ hours of postpartum care (typically visits split between 3-5 hours or 6 hours overnight)

Family Planning/Birth Preference Support

Working with your ideas to create a birthing preference plan that works for you and your family, and/or a plan for the early days of postpartum.

Sliding Scale: The Green Bottle

Here’s a helpful visual to guide where you fall within the sliding scale. This work is only possible because folks are honest with me and themselves about their financial capabilities. When you pay on the higher end of the scale, you are contributing to financially support someone who may only be able to pay on the lower end.
